Pros

The people are great, that's the only thing I really miss. Starting pay there is also solid.

Cons

Upper management is so awful they're causing the downfall of the company, they refuse to invest in new equipment and barely want to keep existing old junk running. Don't get me started on communication, you get told nothing until it's too late.

Pros

Good training, great people, lots of fun, competitive pay for seasonal work with lots of incentives to cert up. When you're not working you can ski/board for free.

Cons

Really none, though if you don't live on the mountain it would be a hike of a commute for sometimes inconsistent hours.
