We appreciate you leaving us a review. While Wintrust is a community bank, we are on the larger size of community banking and therefore departments may be working on things at a larger scale. However, we do actually operate with more flexibility in our decision-making processes in comparison to some of the corporate competitors. We also strive to provide closer relationships with our customers, where they can be more involved and receive a personal relationship with our banking and customer service teams.
