- Terrible management styles from most direct managers - Overall poor communication - Do not want to train you since they go through new people regularly - If you disagree with anything management does "there is the door" - Nothing you say will change how management works/solve the ongoing problem that has persisted for a couple years as told by former and current employees - Limited growth opportunities based on current lead manager gatekeeping changes within the company
