Pros
Good learning ground. I went through the rotational program. The program varies in terms of quality of people inside, but if you are motivated and intelligent, the WCA offers a great start to your career to learn the basics. Nice people, good work environment.
Cons
Pay does not compare within the program and once you get out. Even if you are the highest achiever and you are outperforming those older than you, you will still be held within a band of your analyst class. This leads to substantial churn of analysts in the first year out of the program given wages are higher at almost every other institution.
