Pros
Pay was good my first year when the 20% bonus hit, even if I was working 10 hour days and sometimes even on weekends, but that was the only pro.
Cons
Horrible management. My second year, put me on a PIP decided 2 weeks before Xmas (before the bonus) to let me know I would not be receiving any compensation bonus or increase in pay. Worked me 10 hours a day the whole year just for me to not get my pay. lost a ton of mental health stability. no help since i was remote. worst two years I have ever experienced.
