Pros

Salary is on time and cab facility was there

Cons

I was working in Wipro BPO (HP APAC process)in Kolkata for 1 yr. I have faced many challenges--That's why I left job without getting a job. 1. Too much call pressure---Everyone needs to take 36 technical callls in a day--which is practically impossible by maintaining all qualities 2. need to maintain 13.5 AHT each and every day mandatory---practically without cheating is not possible (Always remember--need to troubleshoot with an illiterate customer ) 3.need to maintain 5 cases in BIN --practically impossible after taking 36 calls --no outbound 4.If anyone can't meet any data --employee needs to extend working hours without getting anything. 5.no incentive and no extra facilities in this process 6.after 1 yr 230 rs increment 7.people will show you that you will get that opportunity after doing this and that--but that is completely false 8.salary is too low s per MNC-- 9K-10K for freshers

Pros

Managers and management are very supportive and resolve escalations and issues very quick. Lots of learning opportunities. Lots of projects and work more stable.

Cons

Less respect, not very professional, no proper planning, everything is now now now. Very fast pace, need to work extra hrs to get on speed. May have to compromise personal, family time at times. WFH is not an option. Need to commute to client location Monday-Friday. Pay is not great.

Pros

Good coworkers and project opportunities. It is up to you to pursue these opportunities.

Cons

HR and immigration folks need to be transparent. Immigration team submitted my visa petition for premium processing, but my visa didn't get approved on time. When I asked immigration for an explanation, they just cited "delays" and were vague in their responses. I asked for documentation on when the premium processing was sent and they did not respond nor provide anything. My 240-day extension for my visa ended, so I was not working for some time. I was a few days away from getting approved. HR then terminates me out of nowhere, saying that I am not authorized to work. Even my manager did not know that I was being terminated. I spoke with immigration who said that I had already been taken off payroll and I would be reinstated once the visa was approved. Even the immigration team said that the termination should not have happened. HR just pulled the trigger and it has impacted me greatly.
