Pros

Laid Back; Local Ownership; Get phone accessories/cell phone service for cheaper than you wold otherwise; Full-time; Some benefits.

Cons

There are hundreds of Companies that are actually part of a large conglomerate that is Wireless Zone. The main con was that my employers were located far away, and it was difficult getting any sort of quality support from them. The second top con was that the money just wasn't that good for the work that you put in. Dealing with customer issues, providing them with valuable knowledge, all whilst attempting to up sell them is just worth more money than $8-$10 an hour. The commissions are out there, but its just extremely difficult to hit the goals at times for reasons which you don't cause.
