Pros
Working with technology and helping people with their needs is great. The corporate plan discount is great. But none of those things have to with this particular franchise group. Go to a different franchise to work, you will make more money
Cons
Horrible pay, they say you can make $40k a year but you can't. They force you do to illegal things like keep customers private info and force them into a texting program without their knowledge. Have heard one of the owners make racist remarks and slurs on multiple occasions.
