Pros
- Schedule Leniency - Fun store level coworkers - WiFi Access for your device - Decent Employee Discounts - Sitting
Cons
- Inconsistency in store and district management in some areas - Lack of sales for commission in some areas - $11 an hour base pay - You don’t have an actual lunch break, and have to stop eating if customer comes in - Lack of materials needed ( Such as cleaning supplies, or up to date technology such as iPads that are needed to process orders that end up crashing or running slow) - Inconsistent rules and regulations, like to make up rules as they go or find something that inconveniences them. (no lunch breaks, but they complain if you take one 20 minute bathroom break) -Inconsistency in inventory required to sell - Changing Commission Structure - Inconvenient constant video calls ( “meetings” ) in the middle of the work day, sometimes more than once, multiple times a week - Training is left to just store employees, no upper management involved - Recycles employee like a teenager changes clothes - Unrealistic Commission goals set for all of the locations, rather than demographics of each location
