Pros
I didn’t even get to experience the pros. The pros i guess would be the commission structure.
Cons
Terrible training. And I mean terrible. There’s no structure. You sit around for weeks without guidance. Poor benefit structure specifically for first year employees. No time off. You get one day off and are constantly asked to cover other employee shifts. Also a racist and homophobic culture. The region I was in was a group of good ole boys who all smoked cigarettes and drank heavily. If you don’t fit in, don’t bother applying. I also found it very strange that the manager and tenured employee kept asking me to go to the store and pay for lunch and other items that I was never reimbursed for. Stay far away from this pathetic excuse for a company
