Pros
As a store manager, the pay was great, the franchise owners were awesome to work for. You have a lot of potential to make more money in any position by hitting sales goals.
Cons
The hours can be strenuous and sometimes the stores are purposefully understaffed for you to make more money but getting time off or requesting scheduled shifts can be a challenge. Also, if you are not fit for sales, you shouldn't consider working for there. Training is a hit or miss experience depending on the management.
