-Flex schedule 44 hours first week, then 36 hours second week with one day off -No overtime required, only 40 hours a week and no more -Benefits: good healthcare plans to choose from with low deductible, 100% employer matching contributions (5-yr vesting requirement) -Coworkers and supervisors are very helpful and always willing to set aside time for you

Cons

-Earning potential seems to top out and doesn't grow much, asie from 2% increase every 1-2 years, but I guess that's the sacrifice of public service
