I’ve been with Wise for over 10 years and still excited to show up every day! I continue to be amazed with the passionate, talented and committed employees at Wise. It’s a great group of employee-owners that work together to accomplish amazing things, build strong company and client relationships, make a difference for each client/project, and value honesty and integrity in their interactions. The company cares about its employees, their success and well-being, not just the success of the business. The environment allows autonomy but also encourages collaboration and support from teams.

Not a Con, but required to enter info here. I'd say if you are self-motivated like to do work that challenges you, work with smart/fun people, are self-directed and enjoy the virtual environment, then you will find a fit for work and culture at Wise
