I joined as a fresher in Wisemen SAP Team.I have worked for 3.3 years in Wisemen. Always had a chance to advance: Environment could be competitive but there were a lot of opportunities. Senior Managers (Raghavendra Nandagiri,Rambhopal Konda) and Senior Consultant were all supportive and always motivated. Especially thanks to Raghavendra Nandagiri! This is my personal opinion in my three years journey with Wise men, At the time of one to one meeting you were telling your own experiences in your Professional career growth and you taught me so many thing like how to take leadership for our own work which we got from client / Customer in IT and how to deliver objects with quality to customer. Your encouragement and support has helped shape my professional career growth now. Thanks for converting my mistakes into lessons, pressure into productivity and skills into strengths. You really know how to bring out the best in an individual. Thanks for being the best manager ever! It’s honor to work with you. Nothing I can say will ever convey the amount of gratitude, I owe to you for showing me how to have the right attitude. Thank you. Senior Consultants, they are very helpful and cool colleagues.
