Ohh there are lot! There is no leadership. CEO is autocratic. Treat employees like commodity. No matter how much time you give, you will be thrown out for no particular reason. No vision: CEO does not have any idea, what she wants to achieve or go. She keeps on blabbering how she wants to grow the company, but there is no strategy or a concrete roadmap. Typical staffing mindset. Serious "trust" issue. Hired an agency to transform, which has no clue how IT industry works. Very high attrition rate. Extremely unhappy employees.
