      Pros

      held up great through the tough economic times, tightened its belt but did not layoff employees or go under like many similiar companies

      Cons

      have seen an increase in the layers of management over the years, but guess that is price you pay when you grow larger.

      Pros

      I was a W2 contractor and was treated very well. Great HR person Lydia. Always helpful and responsive. Also sales manager John was always trying to keep the work coming my way.

      Cons

      Time tracking was sometimes a pain. The company has also been bought out so it may be suffering from the related growing pains.
