Cons
If you don't know the regional language (in Hyderabad) then you are screwed. All the official meetings(99.99%) happens in regional language even if you don't know and ask them to change. You have to ask every damn time what the discussion is about before and after. No diversity at work environment, more than 95% employees coming from a single region of the state country through referrals. Work environment is so pathetic that you wont get a chair to sit, desk to keep your laptop, ethernet cable to connect and even if you get all these there you experience slowest network(less than 2G Speed) which keeps on disconnecting intermittently. No IT standards, worst work culture and you have to pretend every time that you are working even if you don't have any. High on overconfidence and says yes to whatever client says. They will agree if client tells them to build new Google. Management agrees to whatever client utters since they get most of the projects from backdoor as far as I know. They simply ask you to leave the organization when they lose ongoing projects unless you are near and dear to management guys and belong to their region. No work-life balance. If you don't know Telugu please don't join this organization. Don't get trapped in the reviews given by few employees who started their career with Wissen and now enjoy better position and belongs to management people locality.
