Pros
Most of the reviews written here are by people who are at higher level and who don't work on the ground. There are very few pros 1. Lunch at subsidised rate. It's just rice and sambar that's it. 2. Nothing else
Cons
1. It's a consultancy which hires people! And asked to leave once the project is over. 2. Policies change as per company's favour. 3. No growth unless you are a relative of higher management. 4. There is no concept of appraisal. 5. Almost 60-70% are fresher's in company. No one cares about them, and they are paid extremely low and a contract!! 6. People with experience joining here, beware you are just a cashcow! You will be milked thoroughly.
