Pros
Good opportunity to grow in your career. I worked there for about 1.6 years, the management is good. HR team is supportive.
Cons
Not having a cab facility and asking ladies to work late evenings is highly against. No good food provided. Every person working there are relations of top management people. Not sure if they are running a company or family get together. People there don't know to speak proper English, clients are very unhappy about this. They are quite judgemental and measure your capabilities by the number of hours you spend at office. If you are drawing high package then you are under danger zone. 8-9 hours of login is compulsion. The work of the day starts after lunch hours. Morning office starts late, which is difficult for lady employees.
