Pros
I have been working in Wissen Technology - BFSI Division, for more than a year. The work is quite challenging. Finance domain is interesting. The company policies are flexible. Work timings are flexible. Work from home option is available. Wissen managers are approachable, open for a discussion. They are responsive to feedback and make an effort to address concerns. Appraisal system takes into account both - the client feedback and contribution to the Wissen. Appraisal is purely based on performance.
Cons
Workload can be high - depending on your project. Especially during initial phase, developers have to ramp up pretty quickly. For some things, like reimbursement, lot of follow up was needed with accounts department. Need easy access to training - courses and materials.
