Pros
I have been here since almost 1 year in Banking Finance. I learn a lot from people I work with. I learn about technologies from different projects. Since it is a growing company, I also see good opportunity for career growth. Compensation structure is employee friendly. Also, I have seen people wait for almost 2 years in previous companies due to inflexibility in annual appraisal cycle for new joinees. Here, for new joinees, it is done at first half year after nine months completion.
Cons
New joinee time, before joining project, is not effectively utilized, like in training for the project etc. Some processes are not clear, like leave policy. HR can do more to make it clear at individual level. Finance is not very responsive sometimes when reimbursement is submitted.
