Pros
Its been a year since I joined Wissen Technology. Looking back- the personal growth, technical expertise and network I have developed here, i think it was the right decision to join Wissen Technology. I was assigned a mentor from senior management team when I joined. What excited me was the personal commitment shown by my mentor to ensure my personal growth and professional advancement at the company. Mentorship by senior leaders at the company has created a culture where we are motivated to excel, deliver, take ownership at our work. I believe working in this environment where everyone is wanting to excel has made work more fun and enjoyable. Its a growing company, so there are a lot of opportunities to contribute, improve the proccesses and the best part is contribution gets noticed and rewarded. Senior management team is very approachable and are swift to act on any valuable feedback.
Cons
I think any cons of working at Wissen Technology if directed to the leadership team is addressed and taken care of. Having a personal mentor at the company, I could always direct my issues and concerns to him and get it solved.
