Pros
No hierarchical structure in company. You are the owner of what you do. You get appreciated for the job well done. Working with the best guys in the business. A healthy and helpful bunch of Colleagues. You can jump on to anyone for help and you won't be disappointed. Not very often, we get to work with a small-medium size company that has so many budding technical sounded people. As a fresher, we were provided enough training in the technical and business domain and also the suggestion were implemented pretty soon. Senior Management are accessible for any help anytime. Any suggestion or problem can be told in the monthly meeting with HR and SM, that were taken care seriously. Yes, we have a culture of 'Work Hard, Party Harder'
Cons
So far in the short span (6 month) that I have had here, I could not find anything that could write as negative. But lunch/dinner with whole company employee irrespective of the team will be helpful for exchange of ideas and connections.
