Currently associated with Wissen Technology for over 1.5 years. Coming from a Banking domain with International study experience, I was initially a bit skeptical about getting into an organization like Wissen which is not well known at the moment but I was proved wrong. Infact, it has been a good decision now. I thoroughly enjoyed the interview process w.r.t the quality of questioning. Good number of rounds of interviews with their internal team + Clients (case to case basis). I must say they are picky about the talent they hire which I can now make out while working in the company of highly talented team (IIT, BIT, MIT & many top universities). I would describe Wissen as a very professional and tech savvy organization with supportive and knowledgeable Leadership team. A flat structured organization driven by merits and performance. I would recommend any technologist to consider Wissen as a stepping stone to their career. Also a good paymaster compared to many organizations (you know what I say :-) )
Cons
No negatives as such but there is always a scope of improvising in what we do. Please built up on new clients and work more on branding.
