Pros
The only one advantage with this company is Telugu people can get job easily even though they are not up to the mark. I didn't find any other Pros
Cons
Cons listed as below 1. No Projects in the company 2. Recruiters will say 1200 employees are working with our Organisation but you can see 100 to 150 employees 3. They will say its permanent opportunity with us don't trust them my friends they are fooling us and they are playing with our careers after 6 months or max 8 months they will relieve us saying project is over. 4. They didn't even give us the notice period also. 5. They will say it CMMI level 3 but they only outsource employees like some other consultancy firms 6. HR people are worst they didn't even respond to any mails and calls. 7. When we call them they say drop a mail but there will be not response from there side. 8. Even CA's (Charted Accountants) can't calculate their CTC deductions. The deductions changes for every Quarter. 9. No job security, they may ask to leave at any time 10. I liked one thing that is unity right from Recruiter to till Management they will tell same lies. They might trained for this or they will choose this kind of people, really I don't have any idea. 11. I am sure the good reviews in Glassdoor.co.in are also written by the company people to attract employees and to spoil their careers. 12. Please Please friends don't join in this company and ruin your careers
