I am working in Wissen Technology as a Principal Engineer and will finish three years soon. I joined the team working on a process management product for one of our clients. Thechnical depth senior management has was clearly visible in design discussions and code reviews. One of the distinguishing factor during the development cycle was clear choice of doing it right and reworking if required versus just getting it done for the sake of it. Ofcourse that reflects in the final product but not many people I have worked with have that kind of vision. I am really proud of the product we have developed and I continue to learn something new everyday. Good environment to learn latest technologies and finance. Management encourages employees to innovate and automate.
Cons
Traffic can become a problem near office especially in the evening and is a bit frustrating. I joined from NCR and was not aware of traffic situation in Bangalore. I would recommend getting a house near office if anyone is planning to join the company.
