nothing in match to the product company level interview process

Cons

Worst HR policies ever, very unprofessional HR's; untrained individuals favouring company then employee, basically they want you to sweat blood for the salary they pay you. They will deploy you to client side mostly morgan and charge double on your behalf from them then they pay to you. Morgan Stanley treats as a contract employee. So basically it is a contract to hire job.
