Pros
Better CTC as compared to other service based company. If you can clear 5 (wissen) + 3 (client) rounds you can get into any good product based company.
Cons
These are all personal experiences, please use your discern. Full of Tricks: They can changes policies anytime. Changed terms and conditions while joining in appointement letter. I had 5 rounds of interview with them (but they have only 4 rounds). And recruiter told no more rounds got offer letter after joinning got to know I need to give 3 more rounds of Client (No idea what would happen if you don't clear it). Client cares about work only (Not consultants) and Wissen cares about squeezing employees for their client and hire new people so that they can squeeze more employees (4-5 interview slot every week you need to give them all year + 60 hours work atleast for client(although it is 40)). Working for client makes 20% of performance ( usually MS would require you to work between india and US hours you would never see sunset). Client (MS). They hire Contingent to save money, you would not be entitled to any benifits they have like well being days (covid) , bonuses, reimbursement, they dont care about consultants much, no guidance or development plan although they would ask you to do what FTEs do there. Client managers can scold like you are from Jungle and don't know anything. Tech Stack is very old and they use manual testing evidence (excel sheets, screen shots). No unit tests or automated tests (May not be applicable for other teams of MS). No company culture (may be hire best only and squeeze). 90 days notice period (Can't negotiate they would stop communication after you put down your papers) No Job security (if they can't place in one of their client projects) Bad work life balance (client and Wissen both will squeeze for every Cent) HRs: never trust these people they will threaten you time to time
