Horrible and feel being cheated - Administration Wistron Employee Review

Ridiculous high expectation from management with low paid. Management expect employees to work long hours including weekend without compensation. Don't appreciate anything that you do for the company. It is always the employees if anything goes wrong. You work your butt off and become sick with no sympathy from the management.
