      company is stable, working time is balance with life, coworkers are good to get along with.

      Cons

      bonus is not competitive enough, better performance may not lead to much higher bonus. bonus tended to be equal sharing, not based on contribution.

      In a friendly environment, i experienced the real job situation and also visit the motherboard manufacturing factory.

      They didn't give me much work, so I usually did my own thing during the internship.
