      Cons

      Limit human resource planing and easy lose talent empolyee , employee(especially RD/PM) may need heavy overtime for short developmet schedule with heavy loading.

      In a friendly environment, i experienced the real job situation and also visit the motherboard manufacturing factory.

      They didn't give me much work, so I usually did my own thing during the internship.
