Cons
- Poor management. Production no improvement, but always make engineers to fix problems. Produce hundreds of NG (no-go) products everyday but management requires no action from Production team. Engineers to fix/repair hundreds everyday. - No work-life balance Management/bosses think employees dont require rest. Output comes first no matter if youre sick or youre at the brink of death. - Forced overtime work Called “overtime” but actually forced to work 7 days a week. This should be reported to the Labor Office. - Incompetent Leaders Leader with just a diploma with no extensive experience gets to be a leader of a team of degree holders, just for being Chinese. Knows nothing of his job, but gets a pay raise & gets promoted even after various complaints. - Overruled by chinese from China/Taiwan Your role means nothing if the mainland chinese people are around. They don’t respect you.
