Bad place to work - E-Commerce Lead Wistron Employee Review

I worked here for almost 1 year. The turnover in the warehouse is very high because the conditions are not good. Worker safety is not a priority, just minimum compliance. Warehouse workers are not treated as well as office workers. Management values playing politics instead of a meritocracy. Also too much nepotism. When auditors, inspectors, or VIP's come, their walking path is often carefully designed by management so they avoid the out of compliance areas. If you are a temp worker with an assignment here, then you should run. I see temps quit and new temps hired almost every week. Management loves temps because temp labor is cheaper, and they don't have to pay healthcare. There is so much more, but you get the idea. Work here or do business here at your own risk. Note: If you are a high performer or a leader, then just know you will never be paid your worth. Management is conservative, slow to make changes, and not open-minded. They try to hold on to every dollar.
