      Pros

      Salary released on time every month.

      Cons

      High turnover rate. Most management level prefer Mandarin speaking staff. Non-Mandarin speaking staff been treated as second level. Annual leave start with 10 days. We do not enjoy all public holiday. Being force take leave during cycle count.

      In a friendly environment, i experienced the real job situation and also visit the motherboard manufacturing factory.

      Cons

      They didn't give me much work, so I usually did my own thing during the internship.
