Was hired to work contractor side of business. Told manager when being interviewed that I had a lawncare business for quite a number of years. My business was entirely maintenance with very little hardscape experience. The only training was some employees handing me some brochures. Another time I was asked by a employee to go take inventory of the sod and get with him when done. every time he just said place on the filing cabinet. This happened at least four times. We were supposed to get together and make sure that what I counted was in sync with what we had on the dry-erase board. Never happened. I was let go because I was told Was not catching on.

Good pay, no late night
