Pros
Work life balance. Since it's an IP boutique, everything is highly organized. Support staff are generally well trained. There are some very good people there, but they lack leadership so they only know how to follow the other sheep.
Cons
The original members of the firm are very good. The current management is self-serving, sleazy, and lacks vision. Desperately trying to join the big boys club without clue as to how to do it. Their "culture" sounds great on paper, but beware - they care more about appearance than substance.
