Human Resources is a valuable and available resource for all employees as well. We do offer fairly extensive training for all new hires that can last up to 3 months, while it can be intensive, it is important to us that all of our new hires are successful. If an employee ever needs additional training, we are always willing to offer it. As the largest IP law firm in Boston, we are busy, due to this, we are able to offer interesting work to both our employees and attorneys alike.
