Pros

Remote 4 days/week Office is near seaport area Boston

Cons

High turnover due to workload, long hours and toxic culture No interaction for new employees nor proper training/mentoring leaving new employees to sink or swim solo. Job did not match actual job description nor compensation bonus, overtime promised I was told..er sold.

Thank you for your valued feedback. We always encourage employees to reach out to their manager to discuss anything that may be impacting how they feel about their work or the firm. Human Resources is a valuable and available resource for all employees as well. We do offer fairly extensive training for all new hires that can last up to 3 months, while it can be intensive, it is important to us that all of our new hires are successful. If an employee ever needs additional training, we are always willing to offer it. As the largest IP law firm in Boston, we are busy, due to this, we are able to offer interesting work to both our employees and attorneys alike.
