Pros
Many store teams are full of like-minded individuals who are easy to get along with. We have fun, but also get stuff done.
Cons
Marketing and allocation are wonky. Both of those teams are full of relatively young and inexperienced individuals who have a lot to learn. Many promotional materials get printed with issues and sent to stores just to get thrown out and replaced. The company is also trying to homogenize its stores, rather than catering to individual markets.
