Pros
-global company, many brands, many job possibilities -despite being a large company, can feel small because of the various brands/divisions (best of both worlds) -competitive pay and benefits -nice facilities (cafeteria, gym, on-site daycare, renovated interiors) -hybrid working environment (depending on job) -for the most part, offer good work/life balance -newer leadership bringing progressive thinking and new ways of doing business
Cons
-matrix org structure can create tensions between internal teams -increased specialization refining roles further. Many “cooks in the kitchen” across brand and e-commerce teams -publicly held therefore robust financial and forecasting processes (quarterly). Very cash conservative and risk adverse from a marketing standpoint.
