Pros
At WWW there are frequent meetings about strategy and goals. Not just on small department levels, but inter-department and evening globally. There is not much room to misunderstand what we are all working toward. It's great to be able to constantly measure my work against the larger goals of the company. It makes me feel like an important piece in a much much larger puzzle. Additionally, there is so much room to grow. I have had several conversations with my HR business partner, my boss and the learning and development team about my career goals. I think WWW does a great job of cultivating and recognizing talent and keeping those folks engaged by connecting them with opportunities to grow.
Cons
I have been here for a pretty massive layoff of employees. It can sometimes be unsettling working for such a large publicly traded company because the future can be a little uncertain when big decisions have to be made.
