- company has been going downhill since it got sold - pay is not competitive - outsourcing a lot of the jobs to India, including tech - layoffs and hush hush don't discuss it - a lot of pressure to individual contributors, constant tracking and more being added all the time - quality of what is being build and worked on dropping massively, but as long as it gets out, that's good enough - no internal opportunities for leadership roles - very very slow career progression - you have to interview for the next level rather than for your contributions
