      I am sorry for your concern. Woods has a no-tolerance policy for any type of harassment. Issues of this nature should be reported to the Human Resources staff immediately.

      Pros

      Large employer flexibility, I worked with a great team and the work was rewarding. The clients were cared for well and I was happy to help their staff with issues and concerns

      Cons

      Challenging work. Many employees from different cultures made helping them assimilate and work together a challenge. This is 24/7 care, so it was tough sometimes.
