Poor Management (Upper Mang.) Low Pay the only thing that keeps workers is OT Staff abusing clients fired if you report Reports are made to make seem like the client harmed self

Safety for the individuals we serve as well as our staff is our highest priority. Your submission indicates that you were a residential manager. If this is true, you would have been responsible for setting an example for your staff to follow. I hope that you met with Human Resources staff before you left to share some of your concerns as this review does not give us enough information to be able to investigate your insinuations.

Large employer flexibility, I worked with a great team and the work was rewarding. The clients were cared for well and I was happy to help their staff with issues and concerns

Cons

Challenging work. Many employees from different cultures made helping them assimilate and work together a challenge. This is 24/7 care, so it was tough sometimes.
