Great benefits and easy to move positions

Cons

Residents knows the way woods work so if they don’t like you they know exactly how to get you fired even if you did nothing wrong. You have to tolerate being hit, bitten, spit on, ect. Probationary period is 6 months whether you’re a new hire or a transfer

Large employer flexibility, I worked with a great team and the work was rewarding. The clients were cared for well and I was happy to help their staff with issues and concerns

Cons

Challenging work. Many employees from different cultures made helping them assimilate and work together a challenge. This is 24/7 care, so it was tough sometimes.
