Lots of overtime and flexible work hours

Cons

Pay is very low, the company doesn’t invest in there employees only in the company Management is very poor, the raises suck as you can see! $10.53 in 2009 -2020 -$13.00 you do the math!

Large employer flexibility, I worked with a great team and the work was rewarding. The clients were cared for well and I was happy to help their staff with issues and concerns

Cons

Challenging work. Many employees from different cultures made helping them assimilate and work together a challenge. This is 24/7 care, so it was tough sometimes.
