      Pros

      Work with some great coworkers and residents. Straightforward environment no ambiguity.

      Cons

      Pay is subpar. Raises are few and far in between, Even during Pandemic pay was still mediocore no bonuses and they use your sick time if you miss work because of COVID. Similar companies are giving their staff Hazard pay as well as bonuses. Turnover rate is incredibly high yet they off no incentives to entice current employees to stay.

      Thanks so much for your review! We did and are currently offering hazard pay as well as shift differential incentives. We gave all staff a raise and a bump up when we increased the minimum starting rate in May.

      Pros

      Large employer flexibility, I worked with a great team and the work was rewarding. The clients were cared for well and I was happy to help their staff with issues and concerns

      Cons

      Challenging work. Many employees from different cultures made helping them assimilate and work together a challenge. This is 24/7 care, so it was tough sometimes.
