Everything. They break laws. Management is aware and makes one staff member run a whole house by themselves with EIGHT patients. Paperwork and documents required by the state and DHS are "fudged". You do not have a voice as an employee. If you speak up about the poor management style and lack of care for patient AND staff safety, you become targeted. Upper management claims they are proud to say they will personally work with the patients.. but they don't. They enjoy their Monday through Friday 8-4 schedules with weekends and holidays off. They do not pay well. There's like 60 vice presidents and directors. They make over 80k a year. Meanwhile a house manager makes 40k a year with delegations so upper management doesn't have to do their job.. all while they are running their houses, staff, orders, paperwork, etc. Also, you aren't allowed to leave when your shift is over. You are forced to work up to 18 hours, otherwise you are threatened with termination because upper management will not stay late, work extra hours, or even give direct care to the patients.
