      I have worked for numerous organizations throughout my career and my experience at Woods Services has been nothing but EXCELLENT! The support that I receive from team members and managers has been great. I truly feel that Woods Services cares about my work life balance.

      Pros

      Large employer flexibility, I worked with a great team and the work was rewarding. The clients were cared for well and I was happy to help their staff with issues and concerns

      Cons

      Challenging work. Many employees from different cultures made helping them assimilate and work together a challenge. This is 24/7 care, so it was tough sometimes.
