      Company is extremely money hungry and will throw employees under the bus Lied about giving raises on multiple occasions HR straight up ignored employee emails/communications

      Pros

      Woolpert prides itself on being a great place to work. Leadership does try hard to listen to employees and make changes for the betterment of their staff.

      Cons

      Growth is quick and sometimes change happens without the best communicaiton.

      Pros

      Great workers that train you properly to rise to their own position. They want you to understand the goals of each project and be able to lead others once you reach your potential. They prioritize safety and do their best to not rush in any project. Staff is friendly, helpful and always offering assistance,

      Cons

      Make sure to negotiate salary first. It may take a year or so to get a 3 percent raise.
