Pros

Expanding fleet with multiple airframe types. Good way to start a career and move up. Low time pilots expect to start off as FOs on turbines for a couple of seasons then move to PIC in piston twins (C404). Good group of people to be around and interesting work. Flexible schedule.

Cons

Flexible schedule. There are low periods in the year (usually winter) where the projects are slow really busy Spring-Summer. because of the nature of the job, it can be hard at times to feel you're part of the team/company. Communication is improving to get everyone involved and well connected. It's still a pretty good place to work

Pros

Employees are passionate about their work and their customers. Flexibility is really great, the ability to work remotely when so many other companies are forcing people back to the office is a big plus. People are genuinely nice and want to help each other which is not something you find at every company.

Cons

A lot of change, but that is to be expected with how much the company is growing.
